my story
I’m a Vinyasa yoga teacher from West Sussex in the UK.
After my first yoga class, I was obsessed. Straight away I was attending classes most days. Now my practice has since grown into a way of living.
I completed my 200 hour Yoga Teacher Training in India at Sampoorna Yoga, and since then I’ve taught in Colombia, Mexico and Sri Lanka while backpacking and sharing my practice with people from all over the world. While at home in the UK, I taught regular classes across Sussex.
I’m now based in Tulum, Mexico, where I teach regularly in different spaces and continue deepening my practice with some amazing teachers.
I enjoy teaching classes that are grounding, creative and inclusive, with a strong focus on breath and moving in a way that feels good for each individual body.
My teaching is inspired by my own journey, from struggling to connect with exercise to falling in love with the practice. Yoga gave me a new sense of purpose and direction, a way to feel good in my body and mind every day, and a reminder to be kind to myself and respect my body. It has also taught me more about life, people, and the world around me.
